OTG exists to help Overseas Filipino Workers connect, learn, and support one another. These guidelines explain the behavior we expect from everyone.
Treat every member with kindness and respect. Healthy disagreements are welcome, but personal attacks, harassment, bullying, discrimination, and hate speech are not.
Share useful experiences, answer questions honestly, and support fellow OFWs whenever possible.
Post in the correct country, community, or topic. Avoid repetitive or off-topic posts.
Do not scam, impersonate, mislead, or exploit other users. Report suspicious activity immediately.
Do not publish another person's private information without permission.
Do not promote illegal activities, forged documents, human trafficking, or other unlawful conduct.
Only post content that you own or have permission to share.
Use the reporting tools instead of arguing with abusive users.
Moderators may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the community.
