This policy explains how users can request deletion of their OTG account and personal information.
Users may permanently delete their account from the application settings when available.
Users may also request deletion by emailing team@ofw.tambayan.group from the email associated with their account.
Your profile and personal account information will be removed. Posts and replies may remain anonymously to preserve discussion history. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
OTG may request reasonable verification before processing deletion requests to protect account security.
