Users retain ownership of the content they create. OTG receives only the license necessary to operate the platform.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, email team@ofw.tambayan.group with your contact information, a description of the work, the location of the infringing content, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
OTG will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while investigating.
Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter notice with supporting information.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be suspended or permanently terminated.
