By creating an account or using OTG, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
OTG is operated by Gonzales Palma Information Technology Services, San Juan, Batangas, Philippines. OTG is a discussion platform designed for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
You must be at least 18 years old to use OTG. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Only one account per person is permitted.
You may register using Google, Apple, or email/password. Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Users must treat others respectfully. Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, hate speech, illegal content, harassment, pornography, child exploitation, and malicious activity are prohibited.
You retain ownership of the content you create, including posts, replies, and images. By posting content, you grant OTG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the platform.
Posts, replies, profile information, and images you choose to publish may be visible to other users.
Private messaging is provided for user convenience. Users may block, report, or delete conversations. OTG may review messages when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, violations of these Terms, or where required by law.
OTG does not verify the identity, employment status, immigration status, qualifications, licenses, employers, recruiters, landlords, businesses, or service providers using the platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before relying on information or entering into any transaction.
Content shared on OTG represents the opinions and experiences of users. It should not be considered legal, immigration, financial, tax, medical, employment, or professional advice.
Future marketplace features are provided only as a platform connecting users. OTG is not a party to any transaction and assumes no responsibility for products, services, employment, housing, payments, or agreements between users.
OTG may edit, remove, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts or content that violate these Terms or threaten the safety of the community, with or without prior notice.
Users may delete their account at any time. Profiles will be removed while posts and replies may remain anonymously to preserve discussion history.
OTG is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gonzales Palma Information Technology Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of OTG after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
