OTG is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Username, display name, email, encrypted password (where applicable), authentication provider, profile picture, country of work, bio, posts, replies, images, links, messages, community memberships, event participation, support communications, and limited device information.
To operate OTG, manage accounts, display public profiles, deliver notifications, improve the service, prevent abuse, protect users, and comply with legal obligations. OTG does not sell personal information.
Username, display name, profile picture, country of work, bio, and published content may be visible to other users.
Users may block, report, and delete conversations. OTG may review message content only when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, illegal activity, Terms violations, or when required by law.
Users retain ownership of uploaded images. Users grant OTG a non-exclusive license to store and display them solely for operating the platform.
OTG may send push notifications and email notifications.
User data is stored in Singapore.
OTG uses reasonable safeguards including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure.
Users may delete their account or request deletion by emailing team@ofw.tambayan.group. Profiles are removed while posts and replies may remain anonymously to preserve discussion history.
Information is retained only as long as necessary for service operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
OTG may use Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Supabase, and notification providers.
The web version may use cookies for authentication, preferences, security, and performance.
OTG is available worldwide. Information is processed according to this policy.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information by contacting team@ofw.tambayan.group.
